Management of the commercial

- As regards management operations, we can suggest
two different options according to the policy you
intend to adopt: Direct management by Agorà
personnel The definition of the management team must
be agreed in advance depending on the objectives
(direct or indirect management), the required level
of management,the number of projects and their
related operating costs.
An alternative to direct management could be:
- Training your own internal personnel thus
allowing you to personally manage the entire
structure;
- Coordinating the structure with Agorà personnel

As regards the second option,
we aim at defining, by an agreed time and policy, a
coherent and homogeneous management standard for the
Owner (suitable for other projects both in case of
direct and indirect management). Moreover, we would like
to make the Owner able to manage the structure directly
reducing external intervention,by a mutual exchange of
know-how . We would like to stress that in both cases,
costs of the management company can be included in the
overheads budget, therefore costs borne by the Owner are
nil.
