Definition or supervision of
contract conditions relating to product sales:
- Analysis of existing contract;
- Definition of the contract strategy in
accordance with your objectives (identification of
the type of contract, premises delivery, legal
definition of the management etc.);
- Definition of marketing procedures;
- Preparation (or review in the event it already
exists) of the irrevocable proposal to be signed by
potential occupants;
- Preparation (or review in the event it already
exists) of a rough draft of the contract (lease,
company lease) to be signed by the potential
occupants;
- Drafting of the minutes for the access/delivery
of the premises after agreement on the fitting
project is reached;
- Definition of technical specifications;

- Preparation of the contracts relating to the
lease of a company branch and assistance during the
signing phase;
- Registration of commercial licences in the
occupants' names;
- Presentation to occupants of all necessary
administrative papers regarding the start-up of
business activities inside the structure;
- Legal formalities of the project,i.e the
provision of the State Rules and Regulations for the
legal representative of the Management team or of
the Property Regulations,in the event of direct
management by your company;
- Study of the millesimal charts and
identification of the weighting criteria of the
different shop spaces;
First draft of overheads budget in order to identify
costs per premise and square metre During this phase,in
addition to marketing operations for which you will be
directly responsible, we can support you both in the
definition of procedures and of typical contract and
administrative conditions (points a-j) and in the legal
planning of the project (points k-m).
