Opening phase:
- Definition of procedures regarding the
advertising campaign;
- Preparation of the advertising budget relating
to the following macro areas: opening, communication,
entertainment, decoration, agency fees;
- Preparation of the brief to be presented to the
advertising agencies for services mentioned in Point
b;
- Definition of the campaign launch;
- Definition of contract specifications for the
following expenses: security, cleaning, waste, green
areas, maintenance;

- Briefing with the service companies to invite
tenders for the management of communal services;
- Preparation of a detailed budget relating to
communal services overheads;
- Liaison with the legal representative of the
management consortium of the structure for all legal
formalities,signing of documents etc. in the presence of
a lawyer.
In general, in order to minimise costs to the
owner and manage the entire pre-opening phase on the
basis of a unitary policy, we suggest that you regard
points "c" and "d" as one.
