Management planning:
Definition and implementation of all procedures
relating to the following four areas:
Overheads: cost control of provisionally
approved budget, supplier management and relevant
contracts, invoicing and collection of amounts due
for payment,administrative and financial management,
accounts management of the consortium/association(aided
by an external office);
Marketing: status check of activities (cleaning,
hours,compliance with the regulations etc.), flow
control, level of financial turnover, reporting on
the performance of the structure, reorganization,temporary
lease management,customer services (information
bureau, channel store etc.);
Real-estate: ordinary maintenance of
technological systems by management of the contracts
with maintenance companies, definition of security
and evacuation policies, definition of control
standards of the structure as regards parking,
internal and external street furniture, access,
signs, security etc;
Advertising: setting out of the annual
budget, defining fixed costs (e.g road/access signs,the
centre sign, taxes/fees etc.) and variable costs (communication,decoration,special
campaigns/time periods), management of the agencies
and of the Management.
