Status check:
 

• Preparation of the documents/papers to be presented to the occupants;
   
• Provision of the Site Regulations;
   
• Delivery of the fitting project on behalf of the occupants;
   
• Verification of documents received;
   
• Analysis of the fitting projects and obtaining relevant approval from the Owners;
   
• Meeting with occupants for the delivery of premises;
   
• Signing of the minutes relating to access of premises in order to allow the execution of works and delivery of Site Regulations;
   
• Shop fitting inspection;

• Inspection of shop site installations to ensure compliance with technical specifications;
   
• Co-ordinate actions between the site contacts(site engineer, security manager etc.) and the occupants;
   
• Definition of site costs payable by the occupants;
   
• Management of the overheads budget during site construction work;
   
• Definition of fitting costs;
   
• Check carried out on the companies selected for security, cleaning,shop refuse disposal;
   
• Definition of the procedures in accordance with the company responsible for site security.
